You can change your payment details by logging into your profile and then selecting ‘Payment’.
You can change your subscription by emailing us at least 10 days before your next payment is due. We will then modify your access rights and adjust your payment accordingly.
To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account profile – https://www.npsx.com/npsx-members-login – with your email address (you will receive a one-time password)
2. Click on ‘Subscriptions’
3. Click on the subscription you would like to cancel
4. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’
5. Confirm your cancellation by selecting a reason and then clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’ in the pop up window
